The COVID-19 pandemic changed homeowner interactions. What measures do you use to signal an extra level of care when working in or around a client’s home?
Our company focuses greatly on remote sales. Our initial appointments as well as follow up meetings in almost all cases is done remotely. Our crews keep a safe distance when working with homeowners on the outside and were respectful to mask and wipe areas when working inside
Seamless communication technology is now both necessary and expected. How have you used new technology platforms to promote better customer communication and satisfaction?
We have embraced technology with apps like hover and company Cam. By using technology we can take photos at a homeowner’s house or use the technology itself to invite homeowners to upload their own photos, and then meet with them later through a virtual meeting to discuss all design options. When we begin a project we can send a photo timeline link to the homeowners through text that enables them to keep up-to-date with each and every photo our team takes from production to installation to follow up clean up and completion.
What was your message to clients with projects in progress in order to keep them happy and satisfied during the uncertainty of the stay-at-home period?
We remained fully employed as an essential service all throughout the stay-at-home time period. We had no delays in project time or in completion
