Wellborn Program Aimed at Forming New

Ashland, AL Wellborn Cabinet has created a program that will
provide financial and business assistance aimed at establishing new
kitchen/bath dealerships in strategic remodeling markets, the
cabinet manufacturer announced.

Wellborn, headquartered here, announced its new “Remodel Market
Program” in April, and said the program is aimed at providing a
“focused business model that addresses the needs of remodeling
consumers from a service and product level, and yields a
respectable profit for the dealer.”

The dealerships formed under the program will be named “Factory
Direct Kitchen and Bath,” according to Wellborn. The first such
dealership will be located in the Southeast, the company said.

“As many of our customers are already aware, we have chosen to
focus exclusively on dealers and distributors as our distribution
strategy to the builder and remodeling markets,” Wellborn stated.
“We are bringing to market a whole new level of commitment and
support by actively partnering in a unique way with qualified
dealers and distributors.

“Today’s cabinet business is highly complex and requires special
design, installation and management skills,” the company added.

“We are investing in the tools, training and support services to
make the entire process more efficient, more effective and more
profitable for all.”
