1. Demand for services is stronger than ever. Supply delays are widespread. Building product prices are rising. Please name the concrete steps you take to keep customers satisfied as timelines and prices are fluctuating?
We are working closely with our clients to make product selections well in advance of their start date. The amount of work on the market has increased the backlog time for projects allowing pre-ordering. We are working with our suppliers to get these selections onto our site, purchased and paid for all in advance of any demolition. We are supplying our subcontractors with two to three month out schedules to ensure they have necessary products on site.
2. A good remodeling or home improvement firm knows the limits of its capabilities to take on additional work. What do/would you communicate to clients when you cannot handle their job and must decline their inquiry?

3. During busy times like these, operational adjustments are needed in order to take on more work, often with the same level of staffing. What steps have you taken to ensure a quality experience despite the added workloads for your team?
We have been cautious not to take on additional work. Our growth has always been planned and intentional. We balance the ratio of design and estimating capability to production capability and we make a point not to overload either side of the balanced scale. This does mean turning away work or explaining that a wait time is necessary in order to receive a quality product and experience.
