IRVING, Texas—Home improvement giant West Shore Home opened an 82,000 square-foot facility June 8, which will serve as its western region headquarters for all current and future branches located west of the Mississippi. The new building houses a distribution center, office space for 120 employees and training rooms for corporate programs and forms a ‘megaplex’ with an existing hands-on training facility for installers located nearby.
With branches in Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah, West Shore needed the new warehouse to provide storage for all window, door, shower and bath products its jobs in the region.
In 2022 West Shore ranked as the No. 7 remodeling and home improvement company in the country according to Qualified Remodeler’s 2022 TOP 500. For those rankings, the company reported full-year 2021 revenues of $659.8 million in revenue on 57,572 installed jobs.
The company will have grown significantly when the latest full-year figures are released with the coming 2023 TOP 500 rankings on Wednesday, August 9, 2023.
The new facility is the centerpiece of West Shore Home’s megaplex in the Dallas – Fort Worth region. Just a short distance away is the company’s hands-on training facility where all company window, door and bath installers and sales team will learn their craft by training in a replicated home environment.

West Shore Home’s western HQ is the company’s third corporate building. The others are located in Mechanicsburg, Pa. where the company was founded. This is the first time the company has combined a distribution center and operational functions in the same building.
The existing building was stripped, then designed and constructed to a modern, open-plan concept. The building features LED lighting for energy efficiency and large ceiling fans to promote cooling in the Dallas heat. A large, bright kitchen and lunchroom is an inviting break room for employees.
Located in 17 states with 36 branches, West Shore Home’s is focused on one-day bath, shower, window and door replacement projects. QR
