West Shore Home, the fast-growing national home improvement firm, recently conducted a leadership training conference for over 300 of its managers from around the country as it looks to continue its expansion west of the Mississippi.
The theme of the conference was ‘deliver greatness’ and included sessions on growth mindset, team development and maintaining a companywide culture. Keynote speakers included rocker Sandy Gennero and and team-building guru Robert “Cujo” Teschner.

The second was held in 2019 in Washington, D.C. for 85 managers and was conducted in partnership with podcaster and former Navy Seal Jocko Willink.
