Project name: Old Magnolia Farm
This 3,500-sq.-ft. farmhouse in the midst of horse country underwent a full exterior restoration to return the property to its full 1860s splendor. A new breezeway and 9,000-sq.-ft. horse barn/carriage house also fell under this project scope. All existing siding and trim was removed and replaced with composite materials to replicate details of the 1860s farm. The front porch was extended around the home to expand views and give the house a grander appearance. Connected by a 100-ft. breezeway, the horse barn and carriage house feature a full pine board interior with six horse stalls, a large hayloft and an apartment overlooking the pastures.
