1. Demand for services is stronger than ever. Supply delays are widespread. Building product prices are rising. Please name the concrete steps you take to keep customers satisfied as timelines and prices are fluctuating?

We are being very careful not to over commit our company and resources. We are delaying new starts until 2022 to make sure that we can fulfill our current commitments.

We are spending more time scheduled our work to make sure that we can complete the projects on time.

2. A good remodeling or home improvement firm knows the limits of its capabilities to take on additional work. What do/would you communicate to clients when you cannot handle their job and must decline their inquiry?

We tell our potential clients that we are always honest in dealing with our past, existing and potential clients. With the current market pressures, we cannot take on any new clients until 2022. If potential clients cannot wait until then we understand and we wish them success with their projects. If they would like to wait for us, we will add them to our follow up schedule. Right now we will follow up in September.

Most potential clients are willing to wait for us.

3. During busy times like these, operational adjustments are needed in order to take on more work, often with the same level of staffing. What steps have you taken to ensure a quality experience despite the added workloads for your team?

We are not adjusting our operations. Our process has led to our success and therefore we will not change it just because the current market is overheated. We want to make sure the WBA building experience continues to be exceptional and we continue to achieve a 98% recommendation rate.
