The client sought to transform an underutilized, oversized laundry room into an architecturally significant powder room. Tasked with designing a visually clean powder room that is intimate, light-filled, and seamlessly aligned with the home’s lakeside aesthetic, the designer prioritized flawless detailing where every plumbing, lighting, and millwork element is precisely concealed.

A once-overlooked laundry room is now a luminous, jewel-box experience where sculptural plumbing, artisan lighting, and custom millwork harmonize effortlessly. Framed by perimeter lighting and tactile materials, the space balances intimacy with bold architectural expression. Every new element—storage, soundproofing, and surfaces—serves both beauty and comfort.
