Q: Please share a best practice at your company that exemplifies your success in remodeling.

During the design and project development phases, our clients work with a dedicated planning team consisting of a project developer, designer, and project manager who guide them through all aspects of the planning process—including feasibility analysis, space planning and material selection, detailed budgeting, and a fixed-price contract. We are unique in that we assign a project manager to be a part of the team right after a client commits to the design process. This enables our production team to fully weigh in on existing site challenges, structural options, and other critical design designs that impact the build. This transparent and consistent planning approach reduces surprises, aligns expectations, and ensures clients feel fully informed and confident in their decisions as they move forward.

Q: Is your company utilizing AI as part of its operations? If so, what tools are you using and how are they being used?

We are primarily using AI tools to help write job descriptions, document policies, and other administrative work.

Q: Looking aheadwhere do you see the greatest potential for utilizing AI tools and why?

We are examining ways to use AI for automating repetitive, basic design drafting and creating basic design concepts more quickly for homeowners in initial sales conversations. In the future, we see the possibility of using AI robots for lifting loads on job sites and moving heavy materials in our warehouse and at job sites. QR
