The Blind Horse Cellar, building off its flagship location in Kohler, Wisconsin, adapted an 1840s structure for dining and wine tasting in downtown Cedarburg. The nearly 2,000-square-foot interior features a long continuous bar, wine displays, and various seating options to support the high patron volume the establishment sees. Remodeling a historic structure meant its landmark status limited exterior changes. The central structural beam was repositioned to open the layout of the ground floor seating area.

An attached patio highlights Blind Horse’s proximity to Cedar Creek, with seating offering views of the river while handling increased guest capacity. The patio design feels like an extension of the interior.
